سياسة الخصوصية

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع Sooap Clean ("نحن") بياناتك الشخصية وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها عند استخدامك لموقعنا وتطبيقاتنا (تطبيق العميل وتطبيق العامل). نلتزم بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن مشفّرة ولا نستطيع قراءتها).
• بيانات الطلب: العنوان وموقعك على الخريطة، موعد الحجز، نوع الخدمة، بيانات المركبة (الماركة، الموديل، اللون، اللوحة)، وسجل طلباتك وفواتيرك.
• المحادثات: الرسائل والصور والتسجيلات الصوتية والملفات التي ترسلها لخدمة العملاء أو للعامل المكلّف بطلبك.
• برنامج الولاء: نقاطك وأختام الغسلات والمكافآت.
• بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات (Push) لإرسال التنبيهات إليك، ونوع المتصفح لأغراض الأمان والتشغيل.
• الدفع: لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك البنكية على خوادمنا؛ تتم معالجتها عبر مزوّد دفع مرخّص.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تنفيذ حجزك وإيصال العامل إلى موقعك وإبلاغك بحالة الطلب.
• التواصل معك عبر المحادثة والإشعارات والرسائل النصية (مثل رمز التحقق).
• إصدار الفواتير وفق متطلبات الفوترة الإلكترونية وضريبة القيمة المضافة.
• تشغيل برنامج الولاء والعروض وتحسين جودة الخدمة.
• منع الاحتيال وحماية أمن النظام.

3. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط عند الحاجة مع: العامل أو المشرف المكلّف بطلبك (الاسم والعنوان والمركبة ورقم الجوال بعد وصوله)، ومزوّدي الخدمات التقنية (الاستضافة، الخرائط، الرسائل النصية، الدفع، الإشعارات) بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، والجهات الرسمية عند وجود إلزام نظامي.

4. الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

• الموقع: لتحديد عنوان الخدمة بدقة.
• الإشعارات: لتنبيهك بحالة الطلب والعروض.
• الميكروفون والصور: فقط عند إرسال رسالة صوتية أو صورة في المحادثة، ويمكنك رفض الإذن.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. عند حذف حسابك نحذف دخولك وبياناتك الشخصية الفعّالة (العناوين، المركبات، المحادثات، الإشعارات). نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير الإلكترونية وسجل الولاء كما هي، لأن أنظمة الفوترة الإلكترونية والضريبة تلزمنا بحفظها لمدة لا تقل عن ست سنوات، كما نحتفظ بنسخة أرشيفية مقيّدة الوصول من بيانات الحساب للمراجعة النظامية والتدقيق فقط، ولا تُستخدم للتسويق.

6. حقوقك

لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها وسحب موافقتك. يمكنك تعديل بياناتك من التطبيق، وحذف حسابك مباشرة من التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف الحساب) أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.

7. الأمان

نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS)، وتشفير كلمات المرور، وصلاحيات وصول محدودة للموظفين. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نعمل باستمرار على حماية بياناتك.

8. الأطفال

خدماتنا غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

9. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sooap Clean ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and apps (customer app and worker app). We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email (optional) and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
• Order data: address and map location, booking time, service type, vehicle details (make, model, colour, plate), order and invoice history.
• Chats: messages, photos, voice recordings and files you send to customer service or to the worker assigned to your order.
• Loyalty: points, wash stamps and rewards.
• Device data: push-notification token to deliver alerts, and browser type for security and operations.
• Payments: we do not store your card details; payments are processed by a licensed payment provider.

2. How we use your data

• To fulfil your booking, send the worker to your location and keep you updated.
• To contact you via chat, notifications and SMS (e.g. verification codes).
• To issue invoices as required by e-invoicing and VAT rules.
• To run the loyalty programme and offers and improve our service.
• To prevent fraud and keep the system secure.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed with: the worker or supervisor assigned to your order (name, address, vehicle, and phone number once they arrive); technical service providers (hosting, maps, SMS, payments, notifications) to the extent necessary; and authorities where legally required.

4. Permissions

• Location: to set your service address accurately.
• Notifications: to alert you about order status and offers.
• Microphone and photos: only when you send a voice message or image in chat; you may decline.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your login and active personal data (addresses, vehicles, chats, notifications). We retain order records, electronic invoices and loyalty history as they are, because e-invoicing and tax regulations require keeping them for at least six years, and we keep a restricted-access archive copy of the account data for regulatory review and audit only, never for marketing.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. You can edit your data in the app and delete your account directly in the app (Account → Delete account) or at Delete account.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing and restricted staff access. No method is 100% secure, but we continually work to protect your data.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top.

10. Contact

الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك موقع وتطبيقات Sooap Clean فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

1. الخدمة

نقدّم خدمة غسيل سيارات متنقل في المناطق المتاحة داخل نطاق التغطية. تظهر الخدمات والأسعار والمواعيد المتاحة في التطبيق وقد تتغير.

2. الحجز

• يجب أن تكون بياناتك (الجوال، العنوان، المركبة) صحيحة ومحدّثة.
• يلزم توفّر مكان مناسب للغسيل وإمكانية الوصول للمركبة في الموعد.
• الأسعار المعروضة شاملة أو غير شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة حسب ما يظهر في الفاتورة.

3. الإلغاء وتغيير الموعد

يمكنك الإلغاء أو التعديل من التطبيق قبل انطلاق العامل. قد تُطبَّق رسوم أو شروط خاصة إذا كان العامل في الطريق أو وصل إلى الموقع.

4. الدفع والفواتير

يتم الدفع بالوسائل المتاحة في التطبيق، وتصدر فاتورة ضريبية إلكترونية لكل عملية. الباقات صالحة للمدة المحددة عند الشراء.

5. مسؤولية المركبة

يلتزم العامل بالعناية بمركبتك أثناء الغسيل. ننصحك بإزالة الأغراض الثمينة. لا نتحمّل الأضرار الناتجة عن عيوب سابقة في المركبة، وتُعالج أي مطالبة عبر خدمة العملاء بعد التحقق.

6. برنامج الولاء والعروض

النقاط والأختام والمكافآت لها شروط وصلاحية تُعرض في التطبيق، وللشركة تعديلها أو إيقافها مع إشعار مسبق.

7. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو المحادثة، أو إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة، أو التعدي على العمال. يحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند المخالفة.

8. حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.

9. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

Terms of Use

By using the Sooap Clean website and apps you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide mobile car-washing in available areas within our coverage. Services, prices and time slots are shown in the app and may change.

2. Booking

• Your details (mobile, address, vehicle) must be accurate and up to date.
• A suitable place to wash and access to the vehicle at the booked time are required.
• Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated on the invoice.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule in the app before the worker departs. Fees or special conditions may apply once the worker is on the way or has arrived.

4. Payment and invoices

Payment is made through the methods available in the app, and an electronic tax invoice is issued for each transaction. Packages are valid for the period stated at purchase.

5. Vehicle responsibility

The worker will take care of your vehicle. Please remove valuables. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects; any claim is handled through customer service after verification.

6. Loyalty and offers

Points, stamps and rewards are subject to the terms and validity shown in the app. We may change or end them with prior notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service or chat, provide false information, or abuse workers. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at Delete account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية من Sooap Clean بإحدى الطريقتين:

من داخل التطبيق

• افتح التطبيق ← الحساب ← حذف حسابي ← أكّد.

من هذه الصفحة

سجّل دخولك ثم اضغط حذف. يشترط ألّا يكون لديك طلب جارٍ.

ما الذي يُحذف من حسابك: الدخول والاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد والعناوين والمركبات والمحادثات والإشعارات. ما يبقى: سجلات الطلبات والفواتير الإلكترونية وسجل الولاء، ونسخة أرشيفية مقيّدة الوصول من بيانات الحساب للمراجعة النظامية فقط، لأن أنظمة الفوترة والضريبة تلزمنا بحفظها ست سنوات.

Delete account

You can delete your Sooap Clean account and personal data in either way:

In the app

• Open the app → Account → Delete my account → confirm.

On this page

Log in, then press delete. You must not have an order in progress.

Deleted from your account: login, name, phone, email, addresses, vehicles, chats and notifications. Retained: order records, electronic invoices and loyalty history, plus a restricted-access archive copy of the account data for regulatory review only, as e-invoicing and tax regulations require keeping them for six years.
